E011 – The Comparison Game – So, you’re casually scrolling through the gram while making macaroni and cheese for the fourth time this week, and you see a post from Susan. She’s posting her kid’s lunch. Homegrown, organic veggies cut up into stars and arranged in a rainbow on top of whole-grain rice with a side smoothie made from market-fresh ingredients. 

Are you kidding me?

How does she have the time to do that let alone get her kids to eat it?

That’s when you enter into the game of comparison. 

You look down at your pot of Mac and Cheese and wonder if you’re giving your best.

Friend, let me tell you, you’ll never win at the comparison game.
